You can access any course you wish. We just ask that you choose one or two at a time to study. It's pretty much impossible to study for the CCNP ROUTE and MCSA at the same time for example.
When you fnish a course just log a ticket and we will allocate your next one. If you change your mind then let us know and we can swap your course. If you need more than two then let us know.
I have complete and passed my CCNA certification. I'm now requesting access to Cisco CCNP Routing and Switching.

I am unable to subscribe to courses even though I renewed my membership for monthly fee today. It says I don't have access and the courses I want to begin with is the MTA operating system fundamentals and MTA windows server administration fundamentals. I want to swap the courses on my list because I'm not ready to go down CCNA ICND1 yet or linux lpic-1 so please remove. I want all the MTA courses first followed by CCNA Primer.

How do I create a ticket so that I can enrol on some more courses? Surely there should be a tab on the home page? I am informed that I am a fully paid up member who has access to the website yet when I attempt to enrol I am denied access as I am not a member. Can this be looked into?
My subscription was cancelled saying i have studied two courses in two weeks. This is ridiculous i never heard before when i was signing up that i need to study the courses in 6 months. Well you guys charged me $20/ month and you cancel my subscription before the month.
I never heard or read on your website that i need to take 6 months to complete one course. I am really upset with your company and would not recommend to anyone. Thanks a lot
