You need to log a ticket as per instructions when you join and above, not drop comments. Staff don't see comments on articles.

Does not explain where and how to create a ticket. Would be practical if there was a tab on the home page.

    Hi Andrew

Near the top right hand corner where you see your name and a drop down list is a link to submit a request.

Hope you get your queries answered or already have done.

    I have requested the

ICND1 LPI Linux Essentials (previous questions still have not answered)

My courses still have not been updated.

I want to be in the challenge for reimbursement of Linux LPI Essentials of 120.  Also want to enter iPad mini challenge but wanted to use 2 piece method to obtain Ccna with icnd1 first then icnd2.

Please answer this request by updating my courses.

Please want to get credit for my studies.
