How do I cancel?

Log into the site and under the "Account" tab in the members area you will see the option to cancel. You will still have access until your paid up date.

    how do I cancel a subscription I made today by mistake?
    I did not want to make the $200.00 payment today, I wanted to make the $20.00 . please advice

    I want to cancel because I can't log in.  Yes I am a CCNA and yes I have been a customer for over 3 years.  Can't logging in is rediculous.

     

    Please help!!
